Salary £27,000 to £45,000 per annum (Including On Target Earnings)

Hours Full Time- 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and Linked In.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Nurture leads into loyal customers through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we sell solutions correctly and keep everything aligned using CRM tools like Hub Spot.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
To thrive in this role, youll need at least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales and be used to working to targets. If youve worked in the tech or IT industry, thats a definite plus (training on our products and services will be given though).
With our realistic activity targets, you should be confident in proactive outreach, which includes cold calling, Linked In and email campaigns. While some leads will be warm, youll have a proven ability to generate your own leads.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools is essential, as youll be managing pipelines and tracking interactions daily. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are key, along with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
