This role involves coordinating pick-up points and timings for each shift, escalating any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner, completing a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site. While on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.

You must be able to stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may be used on occasion to reach high stock.

• Notify the count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift
• Escalate vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing expected stock counters, attendance, and bus arrival times on site
• Count stock on site quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner

• Role involves working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts
• Must be 21 years or older
• Full Driving License required
• Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work long shifts on large counts
• Being a quick learner is essential due to evolving technology
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not essential

• Stream: track, save and access up to 50% of wages before payday; includes financial advice
• Eligibility for quarterly Bonus (criteria applies)

• Company provided minibus; location:
  Portsmouth
• Stock counts: 8-10 hour shifts plus driving time paid
• Immediate start
• Role:
  Retail Minibus Driver; oversee transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
• Employment across different retail customer sites; travel varies by shift; minibus transport may be provided free of charge at certain locations
• You must follow the correct processes
