Retail Assistant

Overview

We are looking to appoint a full time Retail Sales Assistant to be based in our Portsmouth Store and will be required to engage with customers and other team members to provide exceptional customer service through your enthusiasm and knowledge.

• Returning to work
• With retail experience

• Deliver exclusive Customer Service through knowledge and inspiring customers
• Build relationships with both trade and DIY customers
• Generate new trade leads through telesales
• Work as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
• Resolve customer queries following Company procedures in a professional manner
• Manual lifting when required

• Previous experience in similar roles/environments (desirable)
• Experience in providing customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in regularly handling customer situations
