We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who is passionate about delivering the very best clinical care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of three years’ experience to join a friendly and supportive veterinary team in a modern, purpose-built practice. You’ll be working in an environment where delivering excellent clinical care and outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything they do. This is a full-time position, working three or four days per week with a one-in-four weekend rotation, offering a great work–life balance alongside a rewarding clinical role.

As a key member of the surgery team, you’ll work closely with experienced clinical and non-clinical colleagues to provide high-quality care to patients and exceptional service to pet owners. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of cases, develop your clinical interests, and be supported in growing your skills through continuous professional development. You’ll also be part of a wider veterinary group that actively invests in learning, leadership development and career progression, giving you the chance to shape your future within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering high-quality clinical and inpatient care

* Supporting veterinary surgeons during consultations, procedures and surgeries

* Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting in theatre

* Providing exceptional care to patients throughout their stay

* Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the practice

* Maintaining clinical standards and contributing to best practice

* Actively participating in CPD and ongoing professional development

* Working four 9-hour days and one in four weekends, with duty nights on a rota basis

Requirements

* Is a qualified and registered RVN

* Has experience working in a busy veterinary practice
