Corporate Partnership Volunteer - Volunteer

Support Endometriosis South Coast by helping us build corporate partnerships. Use your networking or fundraising skills to secure sponsors, donations, and goody bag items that make a real difference to people living with endometriosis.

Your work as a Corporate Partnership Volunteer will directly support our mission to improve the lives of those affected by endometriosis – a complex, often misunderstood full‑body condition that impacts physical and mental wellbeing, career progression, education, and fertility.

By helping us connect with corporate partners, you’ll be enabling us to grow sustainably and reach more people who desperately need support, advocacy, and education. Your outreach could lead to care package donations, funded community events, workplace training sessions, or even long‑term sponsor ships that help us continue vital services.

You’ll be part of a small, passionate team working hard to change how endometriosis is understood and managed in our communities. Every connection you help us build will ripple outwards – empowering us to run awareness campaigns, deliver resources to those in need, and push for better healthcare, workplace policies, and education around the condition.

With your help, Endometriosis South Coast can continue to grow, advocate, and support thousands of people living with endometriosis who are so often overlooked.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and passionate about making meaningful connections. You don’t need to be an expert – just someone who’s comfortable reaching out to people and enthusiastic about supporting our cause.

• Confidence communicating with businesses, either by email, phone, or in person
• Experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or customer service
• Good organisation skills and ability to keep track of contacts and responses
• Ability to research potential sponsors or partners online
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or simple CRM tools (we can show you what we use)

• Friendly, clear communicator
• Self‑motivated and reliable
• Comfortable working independently, with support when needed
• Passionate about supporting people with long‑term health conditions
• Willing to be part of a team and share ideas

If you’ve got your own network of business contacts or love networking, that’s a bonus – but not a requirement. This role is flexible and can be adapted to suit your strengths, whether that’s writing outreach messages, attending events, or supporting behind the scenes with research. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference and enjoys connecting people to causes that matter.

We are looking for volunteers to help us build and grow corporate partnerships that will support the work of Endometriosis South Coast. This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, reaching out to businesses, and playing a part in a mission that directly improves the lives of those affected by endometriosis.

You’ll be supporting our small but passionate team by identifying businesses that might want to partner with us – whether that’s through financial sponsorship, donating items for volunteer goody bags or care packages, offering in‑kind support (e.g., printing, venue hire), or promoting our work through their networks.

You won’t be doing this alone – this is a supported role. You’ll work closely with our fundraising trustee and/or marketing manager, depending on the nature of your outreach. We’ll provide you with key information about our charity, templates for emails and messages, and a list of potential business types that would be a good match. You’ll also be encouraged to bring your own ideas and contacts to the table.
