The Company

My client is a well-established creative production agency with manufacturing at its core. They produce everything from large-format printed boards, banners, and signs to exhibition stands and a wide range of visual marketing materials and POS.

The Role

The company is entering a major growth phase and is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Support member to help support the wider teams, including the Sales Director, Account Management Team and in-house design team.

This is not a pure admin role — it’s a commercial support position where your ability to analyse, communicate, and coordinate will help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of managing CRM data
Produce regular insight reports and monitor marketing performance
Support the preparation of sales proposals and pitches
Ensure projects move smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
Coordinate social media activity, work on marketing campaigns, and help ensure our client communications are consistent and engagingRequirements

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams
Comfortable handling and analysing data to produce clear insights
Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing principles
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (or willingness to learn)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
