Responsibilities and duties of the Project Manager role

Reporting to the Project & Design Manager you will:

• Take ownership of the full project lifecycle from initiation through to commissioning and close-out
• Manage a varied portfolio of projects including large-scale installations, medium-sized works, and smaller remedial projects
• Create and manage detailed project plans, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with contractual specifications
• Work closely with Installation Engineers to deliver projects efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and supply chain partners
• Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Manage project durations typically ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months, depending on complexity and supplier lead times

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Engineering, industrial installation, or critical power project background (preferred)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• An industry-recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APMP or similar preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
