Emergency Lighting Maintainer

Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced emergency lighting maintainer to work on our maintenance contracts in the Portsmouth area, this is for one of our clients whose property portfolio includes but not limited to, Social Housing, Schools, Public Conveniences, Offices, Heritage Sites and Museums.

In this role you will undertake Planned Preventive Maintenance to the communal emergency lighting systems in Portsmouth Housing and Corporate Assets stock and from time to time support other maintenance contracts as required when demand requires

KEY RESPONSABILTIES

• Monthly emergency lighting flick tests
• Annual emergency lighting drain down tests
• Minor repair work to emergency lighting

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Electrical Foundation Course

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment
• Previous emergency lighting experience
