Job Purpose:

To ensure that designated areas are cleaned to a high standard in line with site requirements and health & safety regulations, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users.

• Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards as per the cleaning schedule.
• Ensure all areas such as offices, washrooms, mall areas, corridors, and communal areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Replenish consumables such as toilet rolls, soaps, and paper towels.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow company and site-specific health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
• Comply with site security procedures, including wearing the correct uniform and identification.

• Essential: Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential - training provided)
• Essential: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Essential: Good attention to detail
• Essential: Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Essential: Willingness to undergo training
• Desirable: Knowledge of COSHH regulations
• Desirable: Experience using cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)

• Uniform and PPE will be provided.
• Full training will be given on induction.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
