About The Role

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner to work Monday – Friday 08:00 – 10:00am at Portsmouth (PO1 3TU
). Hourly rate £12.21.

The role is a full‑time position on site. We offer a clean, supportive working environment with opportunities to progress within Atlas.

• Deliver the cleaning specification on site and use equipment safely.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; full training provided.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout.
• Provide excellent customer care across shift hours.
• Work collaboratively with the team to go the extra mile.

• Positive and friendly attitude; enthusiastic about making a difference.
• Local to the Portsmouth area.
• Basic spoken English level – essential for safety and communication.
• Good social skills and a clean service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Cleaning experience desirable, but we can train from scratch.
