Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Prepare and review legal documents, conduct searches, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
• Manage your own caseload under supervision, ensuring that all deadlines are met and compliance standards are maintained.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
