Conveyancer

I am working closely with an established Leicester firm recruiting into their property team.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking firm, with a great culture, hybrid working and prospects for progression, offering opportunities not only to progress but also a branch into Commercial Property if you would be interested in doing so.

The role would include handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including sales and purchases for both leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages and more, with strong administrative support already in place.

Whilst the firm are open in terms of qualification, it would be important that you have comfortably been handling a caseload for a minimum of 2 years.
