CRM Manager Marketing | Temporary

Are you a results-driven marketer who loves turning data into growth? We’re looking for a CRM Manager to supercharge our email channel and make it a powerhouse for performance.

This role is all about results. You’ll focus on performance, not just presentation, driving campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

What you will be doing:

• Growing a profitable email channel through smart segmentation and automation
• Driving cross-sell and upsell strategies that boost revenue
• Running A/B tests and digging into metrics to improve KPIs
• Building workflows that nurture leads and convert prospects
• Reporting on performance and spotting opportunities for growth

What we are looking for:

• Proven CRM and email marketing experience with a focus on performance
• Comfortable with data and mid-level Excel skills (pivot tables are your friend)
• Analytical mindset – you care about what campaigns deliver, not just how they look
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and GDPR compliance
