A dynamic HR team in Portsmouth is looking for a part-time HR Administrator to support various HR activities on 22.5 hours over 3–4 days. This role includes processing employee changes, managing offboarding, and advising on HR policies. Ideal candidates should have CIPD Level 3 or be working towards it, with proven HR experience. A competitive salary of up to £28,500 pro-rata is offered, making it an excellent opportunity to join a busy, supportive team.
