As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Be a market expert within your sector, allowing you to advise and consult your candidates and clients with your specialist market knowledge
• Engage with existing and new businesses
• Research and develop new business relationships
• Locate potential active and passive candidates
• Understand the needs of your clients and candidates
• Offer advice on the needs of your clients and candidates
• Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals
