Permanent – Part‑time, Flexible working (minimum 28 hours, negotiable) – includes extended hours with one late evening until 8 pm

- Provide assessment, screening, treatment services and health education advice.
- Organise and coordinate the provision of nursing services in liaison with the nursing team and other primary health care professionals.
- Deliver nursing treatments in partnership with general practitioners, following agreed guidelines and patient group directives.
- Provide general and specific health screening, including referrals to general practitioners for both clinic and home‑bound patients.
- Wound care, removal of sutures and staples
- ECG administration and interpretation
- Venepuncture and phlebotomy
- New patient medicals
- Immunisation (routine, childhood, travel)
- Women’s health – cervical cytology, contraception, HRT
- Travel medicine and Doppler/compression therapy
- Pathological specimen collection and investigation
- Accurate recording of all treatments and patient information.
- Maintain clinical data entry and administrative forms, including Overtime sheets and holiday requests.
- Prepare and maintain statistical reports for regular and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Attend practice meetings and maintain clear patient education displays.
- Uphold confidentiality protocols for all patient and colleague information.
- Registered General Nurse.
- Membership of a recognised professional body.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, collegial approach.

Qualifications- Registered NMC general nurse, maintain revalidation.
- General Practice nurse qualification.
- Desirable: spirometry qualification.
- Experience working in a primary care environment.
- Clinical knowledge in wound care,s, blood pressure, phlebotomy, new patient medicals, immunisation, pathogen testing, and specimen collection.
- Excellent communication and initiative; teamwork ability.
