Mortgage Advisor - Portsmouth

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit a highly experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business based in Portsmouth.

The mortgage business is a long standing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation who have their own long established multi branch Estate Agency business located across Hampshire.

The firm is looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a regular and reliable lead source.

The role is Self‑Employed with all Leads Provided and a pipeline guarantee payable for a good period of time. The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and 70% on self‑generated activities. The firm is solid with no false promises around leads that don’t materialise. This role cannot be compared to that of corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses.

• Self‑employed with earnings potential of £75,000+ and advisors in this business earning £100k+.
• Employed options are available.
• Hybrid working or fully office based is accepted; early period to be spent on site in branch.

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor with broking experience.
• Ideally exposure to Estate Agency.
• Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel – no loadings to Protection ensuring the best for the customer.
