The Finance Officer will lead day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team and overseeing month- and year-end processes, payroll, and core financial controls, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, robust processes, and compliance in support of organisational objectives.

• Lead daily finance operations and manage a small team
• Deliver month- and year-end reporting and management accounts
• Oversee ledgers, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Improve financial processes and controls
• Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational standards

• Proven experience leading and managing staff
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
• Experience delivering core financial processes
• Management accounts, payroll, and cloud accounting experience desirable

• Basic salary up to £35,000
