Overview

Mortgage Advisor - Portsmouth – PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit a highly experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business based in Portsmouth. The mortgage business is a long standing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation, with its own long established multi-branch Estate Agency business located across Hampshire.

The firm is now looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a regular and reliable lead source. The role is self employed with all leads provided and a pipeline guarantee payable for a good period. The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and 70% on self-generated business. The firm is a solid operation with no false promises around leads that don’t materialise.

This role cannot be compared to corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses. The role is self employed with £75,000+ earnings potential, with advisors in this business earning £100k+.

We are happy with either Hybrid working or fully office based, with the expectation that the early period is spent on site in branch. We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure. Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel – no loadings to Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.
