• 24 hours per week
• Working a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday, days and nights, with flexibility required to meet business needs
• £12.46 per hour

• Respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls
• Create paperwork for arrivals
• Checking in and out
• Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
• Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
• Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Available to work flexible pattern
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Good customer service skills
