As an Electronic Gaming Host, you will be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to guests, making them feel valued and entertained.
You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanor, infusing every moment with excitement and care, ensuring each guest’s visit exceeds expectations and encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities• Greet and attend to guests on the electronic gaming floor.
• Foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support guests in using gaming equipment.
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanour at all times.
Qualifications- Understanding of the electronic gaming offer and willingness to learn more.
- Experience in a hospitality role.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service and social skills.
- Team player, ensuring high customer service standards.
- 16- or 24‑hour contract available with opportunity to increase hours.
- Previous experience desirable but not required; on‑job training provided.
- Work may include night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.
- Must be 18 years or older and have legal right to work in the UK.
