Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid / Portsmouth HQ Salary: £30,000

Cyba Verse operates the security platform mid‑market teams and MSPs have been dreaming of automation, immediate actions, operator‑level visibility, and a unified MDR experience.

As we scale, we’re focused on building a brand that’s as clear and confident as the platform itself. That means telling our story well, translating technical depth into compelling content, and showing up consistently across digital channels, campaigns, and events. This role plays a key part in shaping how Cyba Verse is seen, understood, and remembered as we grow.

This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with Sales and Channel.

You’ll play a key role in making sure our teams have what they need to win, from proposals and prospect decks to partner‑ready, white‑labelled collateral. You will take ownership in maintaining and organising a centralised library of marketing collateral.

You’ll help us move faster, stay consistent, and show up professionally at every touchpoint.

• Supporting the creation and refinement of proposals for prospects
• Building and updating slide decks tailored to specific verticals and opportunities
• Customising case studies and supporting materials
• Ensuring brand consistency across all prospect‑facing documents

• Creating and adapting white‑labelled materials for partners
• Supporting partner campaigns with tailored assets
• Helping develop co‑branded slide decks and documentation
• Ensuring messaging remains aligned with the Cyba Verse brand

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Comfortable working in a CRM such as Hub Spot
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
• Confident in using Canva and Power Point
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple requests at once

• Experience with Zoom Info
• Experience in B2B or technology marketing
• Exposure to channel or partner marketing
