Pay: £100 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

? The Role - SEND Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Mentor to join the team. The role includes:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
• Supporting emotional regulation and implementing positive behaviour strategies
• Building consistent, trusting relationships to encourage engagement with learning
• Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Helping to maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive school environment

This position is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional and complex needs.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (education, care, or youth settings preferred)
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine commitment to inclusive and specialist education
