Early Careers Business Partner

We are currently looking for an Early Careers business partner. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in designing, leading, and delivering early careers programmes, not someone who has only supported early careers recruitment activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how apprenticeships, graduate schemes, placements, and education partnerships operate end-to-end in practice.
• Someone who ran early careers programmes designed them delivered them managed graduates apprentices etc
• Good with senior stakeholders Coaching line managers
• Understand rotational programmes different apprenticeship programmes Highly organised Basically what we're looking for is someone who ran a range of early careers programmes in a large company doesn't have to be nuclear or infrastructure
• Maybe private or public sector experience not colleagues etc maybe the likes of BT or Hiscox or AXA etc Doesn't have to have done hr for a very long time 2 years minimum experience in a
