Senior Service Advisor – Main DealerOTE £50,000 | Monday–Friday | Excellent Benefits
We are currently working on behalf of a well-established main dealer who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven motor trade professional to step into a senior position within a reputable dealership, offering strong earning potential, stability, and a great working environment.
The Role- Act as a senior point of contact on the service desk
- Manage customer bookings, vehicle handovers, and service updates
- Support the service team and help maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations
- OTE up to £50,000
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:30pm
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Main dealer environment with strong brand support
- Motor trade experience is essential
- Experience as a Senior Service Advisor (or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up)
- Main dealer experience preferred
- Kerridge / ADP experience beneficial
- Strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced service department
