We are currently working on behalf of a well-established main dealer who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven motor trade professional to step into a senior position within a reputable dealership, offering strong earning potential, stability, and a great working environment.

• Act as a senior point of contact on the service desk
• Manage customer bookings, vehicle handovers, and service updates
• Support the service team and help maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations

• OTE up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:30pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Main dealer environment with strong brand support

• Motor trade experience is essential
• Experience as a Senior Service Advisor (or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up)
• Main dealer experience preferred
• Kerridge / ADP experience beneficial
• Strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced service department
