Overview
A local authority in Portsmouth is seeking a Building Safety and Fire Manager to oversee the Building Safety and Fire Team.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with legislation related to building safety and fire safety across a housing stock of 17,000 and 900 corporate buildings.
- Maintain safety standards and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Level 4 qualification in fire safety
- Experience in managing fire safety
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
