We're working with a well-established regional contractor who are looking to appoint a Permanent Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of industrial and commercial new build projects across the South Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality and reliability. You'll be working alongside experienced site teams, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the successful delivery of high-spec developments.
What's on offer:
Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per year

Ideal candidate:
Previous site experience in construction (industrial/commercial preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Eager to grow into a more senior site management role
Able to work collaboratively with subcontractors and site teams
