Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor working on super prime residential projects.

Role and responsibilities:

• Working as part of the pre-construction team

• Reporting into the Commercial Director

• Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates

• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor, ideally in super prime residential sector

• Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager

• Good knowledge of JCT form of contract

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Salary and benefits:

• Salary up to £65,000

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
