We are seeking a motivated

Junior Quantity Surveyor

to support our commercial team across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to learn, gain responsibility, and progress within a supportive environment.

• Assist with measurement, take-offs, and preparation of bills of quantities
• Support in the preparation of tenders, valuations, and variations
• Help manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting via Procore
• Support senior QSs and Estimators with day‑to‑day duties

• Recently graduated or studying Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)
• Some industry experience (placement or entry‑level role) preferred but not essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Competent with Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore an advantage
• Positive attitude, team player, and proactive approach
