Key Responsibilities:
* Write and collate content for bids, tenders, and selection questionnaires
* Maintain the bid content library and bid schedules
* Liaise with delivery, estimating, and operational teams to meet deadlines
* Support tender administration, including meetings, folders, and tracking opportunities
* Assist with marketing: website, social media, newsletters, and branded materials
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written communication tailored to different audiences
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in bid writing/coordination, ideally in public-sector contracts (construction, housing maintenance, or facilities management)
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is a bonus
Qualifications:
* Degree in English, Marketing, or related field, HND, or equivalent
* 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
