• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent SHS Pest Control with pride.
• Work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.

• Pay of USD $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company pays for training).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
