Front‑end checkout associates operate registers, greet customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
Responsibilities- Operate registers and ring up items.
- Process payments and handle cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Greet, thank, and assist customers with questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed.
Annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr may apply.
