Job Details

• Provide brief medication pass visits
• Visits are completed in individual homes within a local community
• Clients live independently in their own homes

Requirements

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Experience with medication administration preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in the community
• DODD experience a plus (not required)
