This position is located in Portsmouth, OH.

• Competitive Compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $46,000 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
• Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on record in the past three years.
• No conviction of a drug or alcohol related incident on your driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
