• Provide primary‑care services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long‑term care facility work.
• Review and sign MARs as requested; sign all orders for a supervising physician and address labs within 24 hours. Manage scheduled medication prescriptions per the company policy.
• Allocate adequate time per visit for paperwork and admin duties.
• Collaborate with facilities to manage systems; attend care‑plan, QA/PI meetings as requested.
• Available for on‑call duties 8 AM‑5 PM by text or phone on scheduled work days; triage policies and schedules may be modified.
• Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus Whole Health following billing schedules.
• Maintain open and positive communication with facility staff and administration; provide verbal or written instruction regarding medications and caregiver information.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, procedures, and all legal/regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and CPT coding guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Licensed MD or DO
• 3+ years in long‑term care/geriatric care preferred
• AMDA certification a plus but not mandatory
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
