We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is passionate about helping customers find the right coverage while building lasting relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients’ insurance needs, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending tailored solutions to ensure their protection. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $ per year

• Licensing:
  Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience: 3+ years of insurance experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication skills to explain coverage options, cross-sell policies, and close deals
• Ability to follow a structured sales process to maximize client satisfaction and retention
• Familiarity with Agency Zoom, AMS 360, and PL Rater is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to continuous learning
• Willingness to work both in the agency office and on-site at an auto dealership
• Experience with commercial lines is a plus

• Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
• Identify opportunities to offer additional policies based on client needs and risk assessments
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to discuss potential policy upgrades and complementary coverage
• Prepare quotes, process applications, and issue policies efficiently
• Provide ongoing communication about policy changes, renewals, and updates to clients
