Retail Supervisor

Job Summary

As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead and manage associates and customers to achieve store sales goals at Goodwill Northern New England.

• Actively connect with associates and customers, displaying trustworthy and reliable qualities.
• Lead a team of associates and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks and procedures.
• Ensure opening and closing routines are completed with a customer‑centric focus.
• Serve as a stepping‑stone toward further retail leadership opportunities.

• Positive, friendly attitude to set an example for your team.
• Six months of Goodwill retail store experience or one year of prior retail store supervisory experience.
• Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Computer literacy to complete job duties.
• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record and insurance meeting agency standards.
• Pass a criminal background check that meets agency standards.

• An associate’s degree.
• Computer experience, including reporting and Excel proficiency.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Multilingual abilities.
