• Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume or fine dining environment
• Strong grill skills are a must; versatility across all stations is essential
• A true “one team” mentality with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and kitchen excellence
• Valid Serv Safe Certification (required)
• Deep respect for health, safety, and food handling standards
