Join Island Hospitality Management as a Breakfast Cook and bring your culinary skills to delight our guests. Your high standards of quality through presentation, preparation, and cooking will set our breakfast service apart.

This position requires flexible scheduling availability, including early‑morning shifts.

• Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel.
• Ensure the kitchen remains well‑stocked at all times.
• Receive food and beverage orders as needed.
• Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests.
• Prepare and plate all food items on the menu.
• Use hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service.

• Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items.
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Effectively handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work hours are variable based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors; the company cannot guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
