Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a QA Specialist for their GMP operations.
Key activities:
- Provides real-time, on-the-floor Quality Assurance support for GMP operations with increased autonomy.
- Partners closely with manufacturing teams to ensure compliant execution, accurate documentation, and inspection readiness.
- Handles complex and time-sensitive quality issues, coaches junior staff, and supports investigations, changeovers, and equipment release.
- Applies data integrity principles, makes routine GMP decisions independently, and escalates higher-risk issues as needed.
- Contributes to cross-functional projects, drives continuous improvement, and helps maintain strong quality culture across operations.
