We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehab Hospital in Portsmouth, NH, with shifts available from 7a-3:30p, 3-11:30p, and 7p-7:30a. Pay starts at $35/hr, increasing with experience, and includes excellent benefits such as PTO and a 401K with employer match.
Job Overview: The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Patients receive three hours of therapy daily.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in NH.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented and compassionate.
