Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). Your primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCNT to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCNT team and to ensure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with the entire PCNT staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitor the delivery of high quality patient care and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, patient-team rounding, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team (PCNT Director, educator, resource nurse, physicians, HR, etc.).
- Provide leadership in employee performance evaluations, staff counseling, and guidance with compliance and regulatory agencies.
- In the absence of the Director, oversee departmental operations.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross).
- PCCN Certification (preferred).
- TNCC Certification (preferred).
- TCAR Certification (preferred).
- 3-7 years of acute care nursing in a critical care environment with supervisory experience.
