Logistics Associate – Portsmouth, NH (100% Onsite)
12-month contract | Max Pay: $24/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our Manufacturing team in handling, shipping, and managing API and consumable components, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocation of components using SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console systems.
- Execute SAP transactions, including Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, and Material Movement.
- Perform Syncade tasks for assigned area:
Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, and Inventory management. - Complete Circular Chart tasks including installation, review, and daily monitoring.
- Maintain accurate logbook entries as required.
- Operate safely and compliantly in Class 1–4 areas
. - Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize DMS and Trackwise for documentation and quality support.
- Follow cGMP procedures and maintain compliance in all activities.
- Support other departmental duties as assigned.
- Experience with SAP, Syncade, or Ship Console preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Portsmouth, NH.
