Scismic is supporting the growth of a company looking for a skilled Manufacturing Associate III for the production of therapeutic proteins in a cGMP environment. This role is ideal for a technical expert who thrives in process execution and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Production:
Lead end-to-end manufacturing (Bioreactors, Chromatography, CIP/SIP) and ensure strict adherence to SOPs/GDP. - Quality & Compliance:
Perform lab tasks (pH, sampling), review batch records, initiate deviations, and maintain a 6S-ready facility. - Operations:
Manage material transfers, technical writing, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a drive for high-quality results.
- Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
