CGT Manufacturing Supervisor

Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee clinical and commercial production within Cell & Gene Therapy. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technical transfers and daily GMP operations, ensuring high-quality execution.

  Production Oversight:
  Lead manufacturing activities, including harvest, filling, and visual inspection, ensuring strict adherence to EHS and Quality standards
• .Technical Transfer:
  Partner with MSAT and Project Teams to integrate new customer processes; oversee the creation and approval of Version 1.0 batch documentation (E  preferred)
• .Team Leadership:
  Manage, train, and mentor a team of associates; coordinate staffing for complex autologous/cross-training workflows
• .Operational Excellence:
  Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize process yields and suite efficiency
• .
  
  Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage SOWs, equipment procurement, and material logistics

  Proven background in GMP biological manufacturing (Fermentation, Purification, or Drug Product Filling
• .Technical Expertise:
  Experience with Cell & Gene Therapy processes and automated/manual visual inspection system
