Overview
Description: The Manager, Transformation Measurement ensures transformation programs and work streams deliver their financial, operational, and strategic benefits. This role owns end-to-end benefits realization from definition and baselining through tracking, reporting, and recovery across the Global Risk Solutions (GRS) transformation programs and the core work streams advancing our vision. You’ll work closely across segments and departments to validate business cases and cost to achieve, set benefit KPIs and milestones, monitor realized value, and trigger targeted course corrections when outcomes drift.
This is a high visibility role that serves as the enterprise’s single point of truth for value and is pivotal to achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities- Benefits Definition & Business Case Rigor:
Partner with sponsors, overall program leads, and Finance to pressure test business cases against agreed financial/operational baselines and run rate impacts. - Validate cost to achieve, ROI/NPV, and attribution.
- Translate value hypotheses into clear, auditable KPIs and milestones aligned to enterprise objectives.
- Portfolio Wide Benefit Governance:
Own the benefits realization framework and standards used across initiatives and core work streams; enforce consistency and transparency. - Maintain the portfolio view of benefits with Finance and the Portfolio Governance Lead; ensure one authoritative version of truth.
- Value Tracking, Reporting & Insight:
Build/maintain dashboards that track plan vs. actual at initiative and portfolio level, surface trends, risks, and interventions. - Provide crisp, data backed insights to senior leaders; connect leading indicators to outcomes and decisions.
- Recovery Planning & Course Correction:
Identify variance early; work with overall program leads and workstream leaders to design targeted recovery plans (scope, sequencing, operating model, or resource adjustments). - Drive executive alignment on tradeoffs to protect or accelerate value.
- Partnering with Core Work streams:
Work with core work streams to map benefits to objectives, define KPI trees, lock baselines, and stage gate toward tangible outcomes. - Align benefits to the enterprise must-wins (e.g., defend margin, close speed-to-quote gaps, bend the cost curve, increase decision speed/accountability, build the operating backbone, and embed transformation into daily work) and ensure line of sight from activities to results.
- Ensure benefits realization is integrated with change, adoption, and operational performance so results are durable and show up in the P&L and scorecards.
- Execution Excellence & Ways of Working:
Embed discipline around benefit milestones, and operational KPIs; codify and coach best practices across teams. - Build capabilities across initiative teams to improve value measurement, accountability, and transparency.
- 8+ years in transformation, strategic finance, portfolio/benefits realization, enterprise PMO, or value management roles.
- Demonstrated success implementing benefits realization frameworks across complex, multiyear portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen (P&L fluency, run rate and ROI/NPV modeling, cost structures).
- Track record partnering with Finance, Technology, and senior business leaders to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
- Proven ability to detect value risk early and lead cross functional recovery to protect outcomes.
- Familiarity with strategic portfolio management and enterprise change governance.
- Hands-on experience with benefits tracking & reporting platforms (e.g., PPM, BI/analytics suites; Shibumi or similar).
