Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - The Dolben Company, Inc.

Join the team as a full‑time Maintenance Technician in our high‑energy community of 252 apartment homes in Portsmouth, NH. You will work three days on‑site in Arlington and rotate two days per week to other properties within our portfolio.

• Show care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in via turn‑over repairs and improvements.
• Preserve community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and ground maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after‑hour emergencies.
• Operate in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience preferred; entry level acceptable.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency on‑call rotation at the property.
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on‑call emergencies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps, and programs.
