IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing Tier 1 support services to Adrenaline employees, and to monitor and maintain the efficient operation of end user workstations, software and mobile devices. Candidates must possess both customer service and technical troubleshooting skills as well as a desire to learn and develop those skills.

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to Adrenaline personnel in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure efficient and secure functionality of end user equipment to maintain employee productivity
• Properly configure end user equipment and perform secure decommissioning retiring hardware
• Provide prompt personable customer service to co-workers and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Continuously maintaining hardware and software inventory
• Providing up to date Knowledge Base content

• Monitor and update support ticket queue, document issues and known fixes
• Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate IT staff when necessary
• Configure workstations for new employees and upgrades of existing workstations
• Configure IOS and Android mobile devices
• Assist in the generation of technical training documentation
• Maintain positive relationships and open line of communication with all Adrenaline employees
• Ensure optimal systems and application performance workstations and mobile devices
• Manage workstation imaging system for Windows based and Apple workstations

• 2 years’ experience maintaining Windows and Apple workstations
• Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with Apple and Android mobile devices
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers
• Customer service experience
