• The Senior Experience Designer will join an Enterprise Experience team focused on building internal, enterprise-scale digital products that support software development teams.
• This role partners closely with agile scrum teams to design intuitive, high-impact user experiences that improve employee productivity and satisfaction.
• The designer will act as a thought leader, advocate for user-centered design, and help explore how emerging technologies (including AI) can enhance internal tools and workflows.

• Collaborate with 2 agile scrum teams to design and deliver enterprise UX solutions across multiple sprints.
• Partner closely with product owners, engineers, technical program managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support agile development.
• Conduct user research activities including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations.
• Facilitate design workshops to identify future needs and opportunities.
• Ensure consistency with design systems, brand standards, and usability best practices.
• Present design concepts, progress, and outcomes to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing design support and collaborate with other UX team members to elevate design quality.

• 7+ years of experience in UX / Product / Experience Design or related field.
• Strong experience working in Agile enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in UX design, interaction design, and user research.
• Hands-on experience with wire framing, prototyping, and design tools.
• Experience designing enterprise, B2B, or internal-facing tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative.
• Solid understanding of design systems (principles, components, patterns).
• Portfolio with detailed UX/UI case studies demonstrating end-to-end design thinking.

• Experience contributing to or evolving enterprise design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end development or content design.
• Exposure to AI-driven user experiences or workflow automation tools.
• Experience presenting design strategy to senior leadership.
• Background working closely with engineering-heavy product teams.
