We are currently searching for a charismatic and customer-oriented Full-Time Front Desk Attendant. Pay: $17 - $18 per hour

Shift: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm

Must have Weekend Availability

Job Type: Full-Time

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information
• Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner
• Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts
• Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and hotel policies

• Customer service experience
• Hotel experience is a plus but not required
• Reliability
